Narrative Description of Project:

Dhaka Water Supply and Sewerage Authority (DWASA) have recently undertaken the project“Saidabad Water Treatment Plant Project, Phase- III”. This project is undertaken in districts Dhaka to Narayanganj. Aim of the project is installing of pipe- line & establishment of Water treatment Plant. Under this project, KMC Ltd. is engaged for Preparation and Implementation of the Resettlement Policy Framework (RPF) and Resettlement Action Plan (RAP).

• Socio Economic Survey census and IOL survey
• Data Entry
• Video Filming.
• Preparation of Land Acquisition Plan
• Preparation of Resettlement Action Plan
• Property Valuation Survey
• Preparation of individual entitlement
• Photography of EPs and preparation of ID cards.
• Collection of CUL
• Payment of compensation and resettlement benefits to titled and non-titled EPs
• Relocation and resettlement of HHs
